About The Position
YOURSTORY GROUP is looking for an Email Marketing Manager, to reinforce the Retention Team. This person will be responsible for the creation, implementation and optimization of all automated Marketing campaigns, customer lifecycle workflows and data capture projects. It requires both creative and strategic skills. This is a full-time position from our Herzeliya office.
Responsibilities
» Creation, implementation, optimization and strategy of all automated Marketing campaigns (i.e. welcome series, retention, reengagement emails, transactional emails,…)
Responsible for all data capture projects and strategies (i.e. subscription pop ups, gift calendars, preference centers,…)
» The creation and implementation of retention email campaigns.
» The creation part requires excellent creative writing skills in English
» The implementation part requires technical skills
» The optimization part requires analytical skills that can be translated into actionable improvements
» The strategic part requires a helicopter view and insights in the entire customer flow and needs.
» The Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for and managing the entire automated customer lifecycle workflow.

We’re looking for a full-time Influencer Marketing Manager superstar to join our Rocketship company (located in Herzliya) and manage all the Influencer system. As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will lead the day-to-day management of our influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition.
About The Role
As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will lead the day-to-day management of our influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition.
You will be managing multiple campaigns at once and will excel at being detail oriented and staying organized with the ability to move quickly.
You will need a strong understanding of social media and the evolving trends of influencer marketing.
Continuously identify new influencers/talent while deepening existing relationships and building brand loyalty.
Assist in the entire campaign management process, from talent negotiation to briefing to campaign creation to content review to execution, across multiple platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Blogs, and more.
Track, measure and analyze performance across all campaigns and make strategic optimizations to achieve and exceed growth KPIs.

Requirements

Strong analytical mindset, are detail oriented while also being able to think creatively.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Blogs, etc.) and passionate about influencers.
Experience in a performance data environment and driving results via paid marketing.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment, resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
